SAT-7 KIDS is creating a new program to help children suffering from trauma. Why Is That? is a television series for children that addresses trauma from both biblical and psychological viewpoints. 

New SAT-7 series Follow Me recently introduced viewers to Elia Maurice. He shared how he has witnessed God’s faithfulness through war, displacement, a kidnapping attempt, and a family tragedy that changed his life forever.

The recently launched Cultural Heritage and Interactive Learning Development (CHILD) Centre is an alternative learning facility for Syrian refugee children without other access to education. The students are making remarkable progress, with children who were broken, traumatised, and fearful becoming happy, thriving learners.

Tens of millions of children in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) are victims of conflict. Many are at risk of unimaginable trauma, having witnessed horrific violence or lost loved ones. SAT-7 KIDS is focusing on bringing new hope.

From the depths of unimaginable pain and loss, the people of Syria are crying out for healing. SAT-7 ARABIC recently helped millions of viewers in Syria and across the Middle East turn to Jesus during times of trauma – by broadcasting a special church service.

In response to the suffering caused by chaotic conditions in the Middle East, a SAT-7 counselling and parenting program will reach out to viewers impacted by trauma.
