After months of cancelled plans, six summer events unexpectedly took SAT-7’s public engagement team into communities across Lebanon. There, they brought fun and hope to children displaced by war and gave young voices a chance to be heard across the region.

A wife grieving the death of her husband; a man whose family home was destroyed by fire; a mother displaced for the seventh time. All victims of the ongoing violence in Lebanon and all holding onto faith in the face of loss.

Between tears and gasps, displaced children from the South of Lebanon spread a message of hope with faith-filled prayers after weeks of war.
