SAT-7 airs all-day Life Agape film festival on day of Pentecost
SAT-7 will mark the day of Pentecost this year with an international festival of Christian film aired in collaboration with partner Life Agape. A slate of impactful Christian movies in Arabic, Turkish, and Farsi will be broadcast across three channels on Sunday 23 May, to the joy of viewers who often request these broadcasts and share how much they mean to them.

Asking viewers to rethink their understanding of love, the presenters explore God’s love and how it impacts every aspect of our relationships. Speaking to a society where domestic abuse is prevalent, the show also helps viewers see “what love is not”.

When the pandemic restricted attendance at the ordination of Archbishop Martin Kmetec, the new leader of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Izmir, SAT-7 TÜRK had the privilege of broadcasting the ceremony live on social media, enabling viewers from across the world to join the celebration virtually.
