SHARING FAITH OF BRAVE SYRIAN CHILDREN
Many young children in Syria have known nothing but war. Their entire lives have been marked by violence and loss. But the children SAT-7 KIDS met on a recent visit were anything but broken. Despite their sadness, many were also full of hope, joy, and faith in Jesus. It is that faith, some children said, that keeps them going.
REFUGEE CENTRE REVEALS INCREDIBLE RESULTS
The Cultural Heritage and Interactive Learning Development (CHILD) Centre in Lebanon was launched as an alternative learning facility for Syrian refugee children. One of the aims of the centre was to help measure the impact SAT-7’s educational programming had on children who were watching. As the project came to a close, the results showed that the children had made significant progress in many areas.
FIRST ON SCENE AFTER ISIS LEAVES RAQQA, SYRIA
SAT-7 and associate ministry Light for All Nations (LFAN) Ministries teamed up recently to record the first on-the-ground footage in Raqqa, Syria after ISIS militants left. The two networks co-produced the documentary, Al Raqqa: between Yesterday and Today, presenting a message of peace.
