Accommodation

All attendees will have to book their accommodation directly to the hotel via a link we will provide in a letter after you have registered. 

CONFERENCE FEE

The conference fee will have to be paid in advance to SAT-7. The conference fee of EUR 100 per person will cover transportation from and to the airport – Larnaca (LCA) or Paphos Airports (PFO) – all the meetings during the conference and a Traditional Cypriot evening on Thursday night. Registrations after 15 February 2019 will be charged EUR 150 for the conference fee.

ACCOMMODATION

The prices for the hotel are all-inclusive: all meals, drinks (free 24/7), coffee breaks, and WiFi are included in the price.

• SINGLE ROOM
  Single rooms are EUR 130 per night. The rate is all-inclusive.
• DOUBLE ROOM
  Double rooms are  EUR 150 per night. The rate is all-inclusive for two people.
• DAY VISITORS
  The fee for Day Visitors is  EUR 39 per day. The rate includes lunch and two coffee breaks.

For security reasons, we are not publicly announcing the name of the hotel that is hosting NETWORK 2019 on our website. Once you have registered and your place is confirmed, you will receive an email with further information about the hotel, payment, transportation, and other details.

TRANSPORTATION

We have arranged airport return transfers for all guests from Larnaca (LCA) and Paphos (PFO) Airports, to the hotel. Minibuses and buses will be provided. Please note that there can be a 1-2 hour waiting time, as we will try to arrange group transportations. We will do our utmost to arrange transport at your convenience.

We would like to bring to your attention that the Paphos airport is half an hour drive to the hotel whereas the Larnaca airport is two hours’ drive to the hotel. Please take this into consideration when booking your flights.

After receiving confirmation of your NETWORK 2019 registration, it is essential you provide us with your flight details. We must receive this information before 15 February 2019.

TAXIS

Taxis are available at both airports (Larnaca-LCA and Paphos-PFO) if you prefer not to use the bus service we provide. This will be at your own arrangement and cost. The cost is approximately EUR 120 each way from Larnaca Airport and EUR 50 each way from Paphos Airport. Your conference fee will not be less cost if you arrange your own transport. Please note we need to be informed in advance if you arrange your own transportation.
